Welcome to our practice!

It is important for us to make you and your pet feel as comfortable
as possible when visiting our hospital.  We believe in combining
top quality medicine with compassionate care and a sincere
interest in patient health.

Our dedicated doctors and other skilled staff will do their best to
provide you and your pet with a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
We all are pet owners who know how stressful veterinary visits can be.

Please take a few minutes to become familiar with our services.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask.

BOOKING APPOINTMENTS

We strive to give you prompt and efficient service.  Booking your office
visit in advance will help you save valuable time.  If you are unable to
keep an appointment, please call ahead to reschedule.

Initial appointments typically vary from twenty to forty minutes in length,
depending on the complexity of your pet’s condition.

Booking your office visit in advance will help you save valuable time.

EMERGENCIES

If an emergency occurs during regular office hours, please call 604-932-5391
Our team will triage the situation and admit your pet as soon as possible.
If you are unsure whether your pet’s condition is considered a true emergency,
please don’t hesitate to call; we will be happy to provide what information we can.

We also offer an after-hours emergency service that provides 24 hours access
to a veterinarian through our answering service.  If an emergency occurs, please
call 604-932-5391 and a message will be forwarded to the doctor on call.  A doctor
will return your call within ten minutes of receiving a page.

On call services are shared between three hospitals; Coast Mountain Veterinary
Services (here in Whistler),  Garibaldi Veterinary Hospital, and Eagleview
Veterinary Hospital (both in Squamish).  This means that sometimes the doctor
will meet you in Whistler, and sometimes in Brackendale or Squamish.  This service
is intended for potential or true emergencies only.  Please reserve routine
inquires for regular office hours.

FEE PAYMENT

In order to keep our fees competitive, we require payment at the time of service.
For your convenience, we accept cash, debit, Visa and Mastercard.  All fees are
expected to be paid in full at time of services rendered or upon discharge.
